The Brooke began operating in Pakistan in 1991 with a single mobile clinic in Peshawar. Today we work in 15 cities across Pakistan: Peshawar, Mardan, Lahore, Kasur, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Sarghoda, Jhang, Karachi, Sukkur, Jacobabad, Jafferabad, and Shikarpur.

The Brooke not only provides free veterinary cover and welfare facilities but also increases awareness about good animal welfare among the wider community, many of whom rely on their animals to make a living.

Our goal is to reduce the pain and suffering experienced by tens of thousands of working horses and donkeys throughout Pakistan. We currently operate six static clinics and fifty mobile teams.

The Brooke delivers quality veterinary and welfare services to horses, donkeys and mules through a network of community mobile teams and static clinics.  

Since 1991, the Brooke has treated millions of equines.
